Safe secure parking in the basement and a lift up to the studio. The apartment has an outdoor seating area with table and chairs. Good location to walk to the water front and Les Machines de l’ille.

This apartment is an excellent option if your goal is to maintain an independent stay. All facilities contained within are satisfactory. The kitchen is understandably small, but (and for everything else about this apartment) for one - two people it is sufficient. The couch is a fold out bed but remains comfortable, the apartment surroundings are quiet so you should have no issues sleeping. The room is neatly decorated and spotless clean. For a solo traveler or couple looking to have an independent stay the apartment is 10/10, but do not expect to receive hotel-style services nor expect to house more than two people at a time.
