We booked this for the Le Mans 24 hours race when accommodation is very scare and expensive. It offered everything we needed and is ideally located in the centre of a wonderful town, close to all amenities and attractions.
It has secure, spacious underground parking. It was ideal for taking the tram to the circuit (Republique Square is 2 minutes walk away) or driving.
The owner lived close by and spoke excellent English which was very helpful when we arrived and tried to get into the underground car park.
Everything. The owner was very helpful and efficient in arranging my arrival time. Wonderful! The booking and communications were REALLY GOOD. And…. This is an elegant modern apartment. Impeccably clean and comfortable. I personally appreciated the books - in three languages!

Cuisine bien équipée, nombreux choix de cafetières, appartement très propre, séjour agréable et bien situé pour visiter le centre ville. Un bon choix de livres de bibliothèque et Eugenio nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique par téléphone. Un grand merci à lui.
Les côtés très pratiques, l'emplacement a deux pas des animations.
