Lovely modern flat, loved the terrace and access to the pool. The flat had everything needed from washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, name it they have it. David offered to pick up from the airport which made the journey so comfy and easy. There’s a book at location with so many amazing recommendations, it’s such a nice touch.
Little difficult to locate the property but in hindsight it was our problem not the property. The owner met us and explained everything about the property. Lovely private swimming pool & hood parking space for our car. Very well decorated & equipped apartment, even things like salt, pepper, spices, pasta, sauces etc left in the cupboards.
Immaculately clean, good quality bedding & towels.
Short distance down steep hill to supermarket, busses at bottom of hill.
Delightful property that I would have no hesitation in booking again & would highly recommend.
Lovely place, clean and tidy. Aircon was great also. Outside table was broken on the first night, spoke to the owners and the next morning they are setting a brand new one! Pool was lovely to use but its a communal pool and there are no loungers, fortunately we had lilos to use. Buses were the only form of transport really, they were fairly easy to use, however they werent reliable timing wise and the last one isnt very late so we got caught out coming back from nice! Also there are 2 supermarkets close by, one is down a very steep hill and was not fun climbing back up! The other is a little further away but the hill is far more manageable.
Our arrival was a bit confusing but nothing to worry about.
Aurelie, received us very kindly and helpful.
The studio apartment is very nice, clean with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony with chairs and a view.
There is parking, if you arrive in Car.
The location is very close to the Nice downton and allows you to take a trip to nearby towns such as Menton, Eze, Cannes, etc.
if we return to Nice, we will not hesitate in this place
L'appartamento è posto in una zona molto tranquilla, in quello che potremmo definire un condominio orizzontale e in posizione ottima per un tour in Costa Azzurra. L'appartamento è ben studiato e dotato di ogni comfort necessario al soggiorno (insonorizzazione, elettrodomestici di ogni genere e di ottima qualità, cucina ben attrezzata). Aurélie et David sono cordiali e disponibilissimi (al termine del soggiorno abbiamo dimenticato nell'armadio delle camicie e a breve ci spediranno il pacco). L'apertura del cancello del condominio è regolata da un codice di entrata e uno di uscita per cui anche la sicurezza è garantita.
