It has everything you basically need
the location is perfect just few meters from the main train station Gare de Rouen and there is a supermarket.
the heating works very well , internet connection is very good , room has so big windows for mid day light
Location was good. It's close to the train staion, but on a quiet side street. Within walking distance of historic city centre.
