Magnificent view from the apartment/balcony, reasonably well equipped kitchen, very peaceful and quiet, local town (Saint-Gervais) offers everything you need, amazing place for mountain trips and also close to the lake, free parking, bus stop nearby.

Mont Blanc from balcony. Extremely quiet. Easy access to hiking course.
