It was perfect - quiet, close to plenty of metro stations and had everything we need. I’m a light sleeper and hear all the noise but it was so quiet here - I’d highly recommend for noise sensitive people. We had an issue when we first arrived and Sophie, the host, helped us resolve it quickly.

The location is brilliant, one stop along the metro to Falguiere from Montparnasse and across the road, it could not have been more simple. We had a lovely break, it was quiet and there was a Carrefour a short walk away for bits and bobs, and all the lovely bars and restaurants of Montparnasse to choose from. The studio apartment was warm and welcoming, a perfect base for for a couple who spend most of their visit out and about. Owner could not have been more helpful.

Clean apartment, coffee capsules and machine available for a first coffee in the morning, proximity to metro stop Flaguiere (line 12), Duroc (lines 10, 13) and Montparnasse (lines 4, 6, 12, 13), however very quiet internal street. Sophie the owner provided all the necessary info.

Location of the apartment is unbeatable. For us we don't want to stay right in the middle of all the buzz so we want to avoid areas like Opera. Also because we were visiting for the Olympics Games its venues spread across the city, so a central location is more important. Montparnasse is as central as you can get for that purpose and well connected by multiple Metro lines. Combined with multiple supermarkets and restaurants (and even laundromats) within walking distance it is all thumbs up for convenience. Sophie is also kind enough to let us gain access to the apartment early on day of arrival so we can went straight for a rest after our early morning arrival of the long trans-Asian flight.

Nice apartment with a little backyard close to a street with a lot of restaurants and cafes, easy access to the flat and Metro Station around the corner.
