A great value. Marco was super helpful. It was about a 10 min walk to the Metro and bus stations I needed to get to Croix Russe, but doable. In a great Algerian neighborhood, there was a fantastic mix of cuisines. The place is super clean and cozy. The loft bed was a little hard for an old lady like me to reach, but the rest of the studio is great. Super tall or girthy people might find it a little claustrophobic though. On the first floor, the one window looks out to the street, but the auto shutter windows are great for privacy while still leaving the option for keeping the glass window open for fresh air. It's a 12 or 14 min walk from Part Dieu so if you have heavy luggage maybe invest in a taxi or uber. The washing machine and AC are definitely a bonus. Perfect place for a base of operations to explore from.

Very clean and well set up place, it had everything we needed and Marco was a considerate and communicative host.

Really easy to find the apartment and the instructions Marco gave were super easy to follow to find the keys. Felt like a safe neighbourhood, nice and quiet at night. Also well placed with short walks to main bus and tram lines. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveller and if you're doing a bit of a longer stay in Lyon. Enough space to settle in properly, and set up with everything you might need. Marco was great to communicate with if any issues came up, super responsive through the Booking.com app, and seamless to check out. If I ever get to come back to Lyon I would look to book here again!

Nice new studio for a reasonable price. newly renovated, good location. The owner provided all the necessary information and is always in touch.
