Le balcon, la proximité avec l’arrêt de tram et le salon des expositions
Très bel appartement situé dans un environnement calme .
Appartement fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires
Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires .
La décoration, le petit mot d'accueil, les petites attentions (boisson au frais , thé, café ) l'endroit avec pas très loin un parc, la possibilité de faire les choses à pieds (faire les courses, aller en formation), l'appartement est confortable, sympa, on se sent vite comme à la maison, j'ai vraiment été satisfaite de mon choix,
Calme, sécurisé, à proximité d un arrêt de tram, proche de mon centre de formation.
La petite attention d arrivée, la disponibilité et réponse rapide du propriétaire.
