This was a lovely cosy flat with great facilities: kitchen, tv, record player! It felt safe and quiet at night. Great value. It had everything I was looking for.
True to the photographs, very comfortable and clean, and near the metro.
Wonderful small but compact flat with quiet inner yard rooftops view.
Great locaton. Near 4 and 2 metro lines. From both stations its 2-3min walking distance. Couple stops from Gare Du Nord (Beauvais airport). Easy to get to all part of town within 15min. 10min walk from famous Sacre Coeur in Montmartre.
Aparment is newly renovated each inch of it used very clever. Very cosy. Very comfortable bed, slept like dead. There's playstation with lots of games, gramophone with very cool vynyl colection. Nas, Wu tang, Pianist soundrack, soul etc. Wonderful movie and books set. Didn't had much time to go into that treasure, but damn it's a flat you wish to live, not just spend your holidays.

The apartment was perfectly cleaned and all the necessities were there. Really stylish, comfortable and cosy. Perfect for staying, because you have everything you ever need!
Квартира очень комфортная. Никогда нельзя подумать, что на этой маленькой площади возможно так функционально разместить гостинную, кухню, спальню.
Есть вся необходимая для жизни техника: плита, микроволновка, стиральная машина и посуда.
Очень удобное месторасположение: 15мин пешком до лестницы и фуникулёра на Монмартр, 10 мин до метро, супермаркет Aldi - 10 минут. Напротив дома есть пекарня с вкусной выпечкой ( рабочие часы с 6::00 до 22:00, выходной - четверг)
Если вы путешествуете один или парой идеальнее места нельзя представить.
Считается, что этот округ Парижа не очень благонадежный, но мы этого на себе не почувствовали, люди вокруг были любезны.
