The location is great. 5 minutes from the ocean, 10 minutes to the train (10 Euros round-trip to Nice), and 25 minutes to Haute Canges. There is a wonderful boulangerie within 5 minutes, which is open every day, and a very good Lebanese restaurant around the corner. Friday is market day right outside. It is a studio apartment, and it is small. But it has everything we needed, since we spent all day outside. We had breakfast on the balcony every day. The place is 20 minutes from the Nice airport and could not be more convenient if you fly in. Marie was very friendly and reponssive.

Good location. Secured Parking. Lots amenities within walking distance. Close to the sea side.

Lovely little studio, perfect for couples! Just footsteps to the beach, next to the restaurants, shops and just accross the local food market. Beside the location, apparment is impeccably clean, with all the necessities you may need, like washing machine, coffee maker, etc... And the landlords are really nice people, warm and truly welcoming. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

A light continental breakfast was provided which was fine for our first morning in the apartment. The bathroom had sufficient towels and the shower was excellent both in construction and in provision of hot water. The location opposite the racetrack and only 300m from the beach was perfect. Lots of local restaurants and supermarkets. Very secure.

При заезде будьте готовы к французскому или готовьте переводчик:) Прежде всего, апартаменты привлекли доступной ценой, наличием кухни и большим количеством парковочных мест вокруг дома (в этом районе просторнее центра Ницц или Канн). В апартаментах и в частности на кухне есть все-все, что могло бы понадобиться вам и дома. Есть даже микро комната, где на отдельной кровати может разместиться ребенок. Плита (не сразу разобрались с сенсором, при включении нужно держать кнопку секунд 10) и кондиционер работали. Посудомойкой не пользовались. Удобно было наличие соли, перца, сахара, чая. На балконе было приятно завтракать и ужинать. С него открывается вид на зеленеющие окрестности (там где-то ипподром) и горы. До моря от квартиры всего 200 м. В пешей доступности пара сетевых продуктовых магазинов, несколько кафе вдоль по этой же улице. В 15 минутах ходьбы ж/д станция Кань-сюр-Мер.
