Self catering. Loved the size of the studio apt and the decor.

Lovely and very spacious room, with good quality wooden furniture. The bathroom is big too with two sinks and a sizeable shower. The room has a kithen, but we didn't use it. The towels, tea and coffee are provided. The decor is very nice. The room has an A/C unit and is comfortable temperature. There is a lift, which makes it easier to get to the room with luggage. The hotel is inside the property that is a historic landmark in a process of restoration (Convent of the Carmelites). There is a tower you can go up which offers a great view of the city. The hotel is within a walking distance to the train station, but also just 4 minutes away from the central square and the Palace of the Archbishops.

Nice decorated, clean, well equipped studio in a good location within easy walk to most tourist attractions. Availability of secure onsite parking. Nice view from the top of the tower.

The communication was very good. We had a warm welcome from reception. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The whole ambience is exceptional. If you want to visit Narbonne Old Town the location is ideal. It is possible to park in the courtyard behind the security of large automatic wooden gates. Superb value.
