Found the apartment clean and as described. We were there in December/January 2023/24. Silvia is easy to reach, helpful and supportive. We stayed with our dog and enjoyed our time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and easy to access with the instructions. Unfortunately during winter we could not profit of the terrace but the view out here f the large windows is phantastic. The apartment is well situated to the beach where you can walk and enjoy the sunrise.
Our stay at the place of Florence was according to our expectations and very comfortable. The parking provided in the yard of the property is also very useful. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
cosy studio with all basics, including coffee, super appreciated. it was great to have our breakfast in the garden. there are shops and restaurants 3-4 min by car or 15-20 on foot.

Cute place. Parking with automatic gate. Own entrance and exit. Like a studio apartment with garden sitting outside.
