Excellent value for money. The apartment was huge! This is not a studio by anyone's definition. It's a proper one bedroom apartment. The bathroom was equally massive.
Located about half way up the hill between the train station /Polygone Mall and the Alles Paul Riquet, it waa pretty convenient.
It is on the top floor, so lots of stairs. The garage was also a little tricky to navigate getting the door open /closed while blocking the street, and I doubt I would have been able to get the car out if the other space was occupied.
Having a washing machine and dryer was amazing.
Really nice place and nice owner, very close to town.

Conveniently located within easy walking distance from the train and bus stations.
Access was easy via a electronic code at the entrance and a key in a lockbox located next to the apartment door. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable.
The apartment was on a quiet road off the main road. There is parking for a car. The apartment was extremely well equipped with everything one could need for a stay. The supermarkets are just up the road. It was very quiet and the rooms were a good size. I found everything to be good.
