The studio is located just a few steps from the train station and within a nice walking distance to the city center and the sea! The apartment, even if small, is quite comfortable and nicely equipped for a short stay in Nice. The host was very flexible with my check-in and checkout times.

Bathroom was equipped with a lot more things than expected You have everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is really close to everything- beach, train

Location is great, right in the city centre, very close to tram stops and main railway station, with very good access from the airport (direct tram). The apartment is small, but has everything you need. The view from the window is very nice. It is located at one of the main streets of Nice, with trams and crowds of people, so if you're looking for a quiet place- this one isn't for you, as it can get noisy at times. It's located on 4th floor, but there is an elevator. Very good contact with host, I had no problems with collecting keys. I asked about the hairdryer and he provided one with no problems, before I arrived. Tip for yogis- there is enough room for the mat ;)
