It is modern flat, it is perfect for a couple. It is good location, you can take tram every day alone the beach. They provide some cooking stuff, and have two nice cooking pans. A few supermarkets are close by.

Fantastic apartment in perfect location to enjoy all of the great parts of Nice.

The property is excellently located in the Musicians Neighbourhood of Nice, at about 7 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the restaurants and cafes pedestrian area. The Old Town of Nice and Cours Saleya are some 20 minutes walk from the apartment. There is an express supermarket right next to the building. The apartment was sufficiently spacious for our family of four, featuring a master bed and a surprisingly comfortable extendable sofa. It is equipped with a large refrigerator, stove and all you’d need to prepare a quick breakfast (we didn’t use any of these, except the refrigerator for fruits, as we wanted to enjoy restaurants and cafes). The check in and check out were really easy and stress free, as the key is available in a locker placed outside the apartment door. We really had a wonderful stay in Nice and would gladly come back.

The flat was extremely well equipped, comfortable, recently renovated, good size and perfectly clean. The lady in charge of the apartment, Elena, provided exceptional service. She found this flat for us at the last minute after our stay at a different flat had to be cancelled because of an emergency.
