Spot on location and surprisingly very quiet.
Our host Nico was very flexible with check in and out timings which is rare to find in Nice.
Modern sunny apartment, very clean and comfortable! Good location, just few minutes from the city center, sea port and embankment. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries nearby. The tram stop to get to the airport is within walking distance. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Good wi-fi.
Nico was very helpful and friendly, his check-in instructions were very detailed and clear for us. He was always available on WhatsApp and helped with our issues.
