Location, wifi, view are perfect. Perfect access to metro, train station, tram, retail bike and supermarkets. In the room, there are enough facilities for long time stay. Very thoughtful and friendly owner. The large desk face to window which was not included in photo is super helpful for people who need to work like me. I was there 2 weeks and I feel I can stay a year!!

Perfect location in centreal Paris and a very safe neighborhood. I had previously lived in Paris for many years and I have always been loving this disrrict. Parc Montsouris nearby is a peral which you will like to take a morning walk every day. Easily connected to anywhere.
What surprised me is the stunning views. Can you imagine that you can see Sacre Coeur from your window! If there were no new buildings that under construction, you should also be able to see the dome of Pantheon. What a pity.
As we were I Paris to visit the catacombs it was ideally located. The Luxembourg gardens led to a fantastic walk on the Friday.
