Well it is a beautiful place with good room size, hall and a big balcony. The host was super cute and assisted with luggage as it has no lift and have cute wooden stairs on 1 st floor at least this one. There was full kitchen with thoughtful ness to keep olive oils, salt, pepper, tissues, some more food item which is a rare. He provided water bottles too. The location is too good and walking distance to everything. Address is well known. Only that the bathroom locks were not working so one could have a awkard moment.Rest a must come back stay. Don't think just book this one. You will love it. Forgot to mention they have BBQ facilities on terrace n the terrace is too die for. Another dining n huge sofas on terrace for a lively party. Thank god they have an air-conditioning as we did need in June 2nd week.

Alloggio molto confortevole, pulito, silenzioso, in ottima posizione per visitare Nizza e relativamente vicino al mare. Molto utile il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo, dal momento che trovare parcheggio e` un incubo e i parcheggi sono comunque a pagamento. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare il bel terrazzino a causa delle temperature ancora rigide.
