Host Florent was friendly & very informative. Clean, modern house with all equipment for a pleasant stay. 2 story house with toilet on ground floor. 2 Cosy big bedrooms upstairs. Location was great. Carrefour supermarket, Marie bakery & centre of town a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment appears to have been recently renovated. It is well appointed with two bedrooms (each with a showers), and a large sitting area/living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a standard-sized frig, microwave and heating elements. What we enjoyed the most was the patio - quiet and private and cool during hot weather. We used it in the morning and evening. So nice.
Florent, the host, met us upon arrival and after explaining some of the features of the apartment, walked with us for a few blocks to help us get oriented to Avignon. He also told us about the "Italian" parking lot within easy walking distance to the apartment - free and security-monitored 24/7. Much appreciated.
