The best for me is location and free parking and all the shops nearby nice and clean and host is very helpful

The apartment is spacier than I expected. All necessities were provided - paper towels, toilet paper in excessive quantity, some coffee capsules, complimentary biscuits etc. The quality of the electrical appliances, from the fridge to the hairdryer, is something you would buy for yourself, which is not always the case with the apartments that are being rented, at least not in this category.
The same goes for the extra fast optical fiber Internet access, There is also an IPTV set top box with all the major programs.
The main room and the kitchen have the nice garden view. The whole building is new, quiet and clean.
The owner is communicative and helpful.
