Fantastic, compact first-floor apartment right on the seafront overlooking the beach.
Parking space right outside in gated courtyard.
Brilliant use of space with bespoke handmade double bed with extra bunk and pullout divan if you have kids.
Modern kitchenette with top-end appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher.
Roller shutters to keep out the morning sun.
Lovely small bathroom with large shower that has great water pressure and a rain shower head.
Lovely balcony with two recliner chairs and coffee table, plus small dining table and two chairs, plus clothes airer.
Two minutes walk from the main shopping centre which has a wonderful covered food market.
Brilliant little small restaurant/bistro right next door on the promenade (Tamaris) which is one of the cheapest and friendliest in town - 6 oysters or 6 giant crevettes for 6 euro. Lovely salads. Great-looking pizzas, and much more. Cool music and customers.

Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la plage et les couchers de soleil.
Un emplacement exceptionnel au cœur d’Arcachon, en hyper centre sans les inconvénients (belle plage juste en face de l’appartement, grande terrasse, parking privé très appréciable, piste cyclable et joggers sous la fenêtre mais rue peu fréquentée par les voitures car se finissant en zone piétonne, longue promenade, marché et tous commerces à pied). Un agencement de qualité, moderne et bien pensé (espace couchage intelligemment conçu, y compris pour la sieste des enfants, vrai salon confortable, cuisine ouverte, salle de bain contemporaine petite et efficace). Un accueil très sympathique et arrangeant (embouteillages possibles dans la région). Des résidents à l’année très gentils. Bref, un excellent séjour !
