I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Paris and I can say with confidence: If you are looking for a place where everything is close by, in a great area, a cozy place to stay and a fairly profitable application - then this is one of the best places. I am completely satisfied with my choice and I recommend it to you.

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood of Paris so you can actually enjoy the surrounding streets. There is a baker street nearby, 2mins walk and you can get all kinds of breakfast and lunch. Apartment itself was comfortable and had lovely aesthetics. We were four adults sharing the apartment. There are no doors for the bedrooms but a partition of a curtain for the bedroom on ground floor and the other bedroom is separated as it is on the first floor. Bathroom is located within the ground floor bedroom. Another thing I would like to mention is that the company asks you to upload the identity document on their portal before confirming your stay. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay.
