L'emplacement du studio était très bien situé avec diverses choses à faire.
Bien placé, boîte à clés pratique, quelques éléments utiles disponibles pour le nettoyage, bien équipé mais il manque une chaise et un plat pour le four. On a pu se garer juste à côté dans la rue au lieu des rues payantes du quartier. Boulangerie juste à côté et lidl pas loin aussi. Pas de problème de bruit dans la rue.
Le lieu est calme. L'appartement est bien équipé et neuf.
