Joli appartement ~15 minutes à pied du centre d'Aix (cours Mirabeau). L’immeuble est très calme. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le balcon.
Ruhige Lage, eine perfekte kleine süsse Wohnung, und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Übergabe problemlos. Tolle und schnelle Emailaustausch mit dem Eigentümer. Bäcker 300m entfernt. Parkplatz in die Residenz möglich. Nur 15mns zu Fuß vom Zentrum, prima!
