The appartement has a good atmosphere. It's cosy - though a little to much utilities are hold in the Kirchen.

The location was very good - just across the road from the railway station, if you were travelling by train. It was very easy to find, just off one of the main roads into Arcachon. It was a short walk to the beach and to the main shopping and restaurant area. The facilities in the flat were very good - the furniture, living area, the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. The parking garage was very convenient although the parking spot was narrow - it was a tight squeeze to get a mini cabriolet parked in it. Fortunately the gentleman who owned the flat met us there to let us in and to show us the facilities - he was a really helpful gentleman and was very very patient when he helped me park the car - we are very grateful to him for that. The use of two bicycles (and clean, new helmets) was great -we used them to cycle to the dune at Pilat.

Nice spacious accommodation in a superb location, just in front of the train station. The apartment has everything one might need, including bikes, which were a nice bonus. We enjoyed our meals on a little balcony. The Wi-Fi also worked very well. The host was always reachable and ready to help.
