L’établissement était très bien situé. Le logement était complet et propre.
Il était situé à quelques mètres de la plage ainsi que des supermarchés.
La terrasse était un atout pour le dîner du soir ( toujours au soleil)
Les point forts de cet appartement : son côté fonctionnel et l'emplacement près de la plage et de commerces alimentaires.
