Very clean. Exactly how it looks like on the pictures.
The apartment was clean, not too far from the station, with a nice kitchen and a decent water pressure in the bathroom. The host was really kind and helpful and they made us find a little welcome kit of products which was really nice. It was easy to find with Google maps and we slept well as it is in a quiet area. There is a little grocery shop nearby if you need to buy something, not a fancy one but it has all the essentials. Otherwise you walk a little bit more and there are lots more shops.
