Location, size, responsive staff, cleanliness, well appointed.
Very well located! Apartment on a third floor and located on a busy street. As a tourist being on a street that has many stores and people walking through the day is great, you can go out and feel comfortable at any time, that you are not at risk on a very lonely street.
The apartment was very comfortable. We stayed during winter. It had heaters throughout the apartment that could be individually graded.
Baths were located in each of the 2 rooms, but the toilet was just 1 for the whole apartment and it was located at the entrance. The apartment was nicely decorated and the host answered considerably fast by text when contacted. We had a great stay!
I love the apartment location. It is in the Heart of Le Marais, you have a three minute walk to the Metro to take you anywhere you want to go. The area itself is bustling with amazing boulangeries, fromageries, cafe, restaurants and did I mention there is tons of shopping. We will be back for sure to this exact apartment. We didn’t want to leave. Cannot say enough good things about this apartment

It was spacious, very clean and in a superb location, close to lots of amenities and proximity to Notre Dame, the Louvre etc.
