The apartment has everything you may need during a week long stay, there was not a single thing you couldn't find. Microwave, scissors, umbrella, kitchen towers, basically it feels like the owners just left for the summer. It was quiet area, you could sleep with open windows without noice. Buss stop is in front of the door, metro is 10 min walk.
A clean and cozy apartment in a great location where you feel like you're visiting good friends who just stepped out for five minutes. The apartment has a homely atmosphere and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. It is situated in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with all necessary amenities nearby, from markets to large hypermarkets. Despite the proximity to the railway and station, we were pleasantly surprised that it did not affect our stay, and the apartment was quiet at night. Special thanks to the host, who was always available and quickly assisted with various minor household issues, as well as providing helpful advice during our stay.
Nice, stylish apartment with location within walking distance from Gare de Lyon. Getting & leaving the key was super easy and friendly staff. OK in terms of the metro lines to get around to the sights, but we ended up using the Velib bikes anyway. Great little shops around Rue de Charenton for break and cheese.
The apartment itself is nice and functional, comfortable, light and airy in the heat, and I suspect it is nice and cosy in winter weather too. There are multiple supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants close by as well as a morning market, and while not the touristic centre of Paris it's easy to get to. There are some nice things close by too that are often overlooked but worthwhile visiting.
Discreta la posizione a Parigi, zona tranquilla e sicura. Ben servita per l'alimentazione. Vicina a Metro e bus. Purtroppo non troppo pulito l'appartemento , due volte allagamento da scarico cucina difettoso. La seconda camera da letto ricavata con divano letto.
