La propreté, l'état neuf, le chauffage,l'adaptabilité de l'horaire d'arrivée à nos besoins ( très appréciable !)et la proximité de la gare.
Parfaitement situé dans le coeur de Lorient, l'appartement est très bien aménagé et très agréable.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéalement situé. A 2 pas du centre ville de niort et 5 mn de la gare.
Les propriétaires sont très agréable et disponible ce qui leur apporte vraiment un plus pour la location.
Je recommande.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, la décoration, la propreté, l'agencement et le charme de ce logement. J'ai adoré le juke-box !
