The staff was very friendly and helpful, comfortable bed and lots of sockets which was good so I could charge my phone and powerbanks at the same time. Clean dorms, breakfast was good. Location nice, tram station just outside the hostel and main train station and other sights walkable distance as well.

The people was friendly and spoke English and food plus drinks was great
Quiet enough dorm room, even when full. Despite a pub/restaurant downstairs and being in a relatively busy area, not a lot of street noise reached the room. Shower facilities had lots of hot water.
The staff was excellent and our family room was fun and perfect.
