The location was very convenient to the Metro, which we used every day.
We also liked being in a neighborhood where real Parisians live, with not too many crowds.
St. Martin Canal was neat to walk along. Luca was a friendly and helpful host. He even mailed a car key back to us, which we accidentally left there. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. We also felt the building was very safe and secure.
Beautiful, quite large and very comfortable flat, very new and stylish containing everything you need! The host is very helpful and well- organized. Excellent location in a very authentic neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The touristy spots are easy to reach by metro. Convenient parking space is available if you are an excellent driver. Staying at the great flat made our first Paris experience perfect.
We had a wonderful experience at the Great Flat. Luca was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris perfect (for example he went the extra mile in helping us get my backpack back which I had forgotten in the taxi on our arrival day) The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were all modern and clean. Everything was as good and as clean as it seemed online. And the location is perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris.

Very modern, new and clean apartment. Perfect location - close to the center, 3 minutes to subway station. Supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes from the apartment. Our host Luca - very freindly, helpful, reliable. We could not choose better
