Great apartment, exceeded our expectations. It is located near the yellow metro line, which has many sights on the way, very convenient when you visit Paris for the first time (it didn't take us longer than 30 min to get to the place we needed). Clean apartment, good shower, kitchen works well. The apartment has metal curtains on the outside, so we felt extra safe. Nice neighbours, amazing neighbourhood with a local market, which works 3 times a week. We walked to Trocadero, Eiffel Tower - 35 min of not fast walking. Had a really great time, and this apartment was a big contribution to it!

We went to a Congress in Palais des Congrès de Paris and we couldn't have stayed in a better place. Getting there was easy, the host was very nice and told us all the important informations and the studio is located in a great area, in front of an amazying garden, with really good buildings around, 5 min away from a metro station and close to great bakeries and a Supermarket. It was really cosy, well decorated, very well equipped, clean and confortable. We stayed for 3 nights and would have liked to stay longer!

Perfect location and service, we were allowed to leave our luggage after check out until evening ( thanks for that) very clear instruction to inter to the apartment with video, whatsup communication availability very good .

The location was very good, a few minutes away to the metro station and also close to the main attractions in Paris. The apartment was very clean, cozy and beyond our expectations.

It's spacious enough, clean, has a comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen, wardrobe with hangers. There's soap, shampoo and hair conditioner as well as a set of one big and one small towel pro person in the bathroom. The studio is at the ground floor and has two windows with electric blinds. There's a small garden right in front of the windows, which is part of the apartment building. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a park across the street. The N24 night bus Marche stop is 5 steps away, Les Sablons station on the M1 yellow metro line is 5 minutes away (for those visiting during the Olympics, 3 of the metro stations on the line in the center are closed!). There's a supermarket just as close and a restaurant too. The owner send me an explanatory video on how to get in, as she wasn't there at the time I was coming, and it was easy-peasy to get in and out. In my opinion, the place is a steal, and I would stay there again when in Paris.
