Perfect location in the heart of the old city and close to the beach.
Marco and Maddalena are first rate hosts! Not only did Marco meet us to handover the keys, he helped us with our luggage—a true gentleman in every sense of the word. The apartment is comfortable, clean, well appointed, and in the ideal location to enjoy all that Old Town Nice has to offer. Book it— you won’t be disappointed!
Marco was a great host! The location is close to a lot of shops, restaurants, and a food market. The street is quiet despite being close to everything. The property itself is in good condition and has everything you need including a kitchen and a washer.
The hosts were great, they were able to adapt to our check in/check out time which was extremely helpful and made the experience even better. Also gave us tips on where to eat and what to do! The apartment had everything we needed, even beach equipment like mattresses, towels and a little beach parasol. The location was also perfect, few min away from the beach, plenty of places to eat at nearby!
We had a fantastic stay at Marco and Maddalena’s apartment! The location is perfect – right in the city center and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything you might need. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they provided clear, detailed instructions and were very friendly throughout. We especially appreciated their flexibility with early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we’d definitely return. Highly recommend!
