Perfect location in the heart of the old city and close to the beach.

Marco was a great host! The location is close to a lot of shops, restaurants, and a food market. The street is quiet despite being close to everything. The property itself is in good condition and has everything you need including a kitchen and a washer.

The hosts were great, they were able to adapt to our check in/check out time which was extremely helpful and made the experience even better. Also gave us tips on where to eat and what to do! The apartment had everything we needed, even beach equipment like mattresses, towels and a little beach parasol. The location was also perfect, few min away from the beach, plenty of places to eat at nearby!

Marco was in contact with me before we arrived and met us at the door. He gave us lots of information about Nice and the surrounding areas and even sent us restaurant recommendations! He took time to show us around the apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Marco and Maddalena kindly left us complimentary treats including a bottle of wine. The apartment was in a very central location in the old town. Can be noisy at night but it is situated a bit away from the bars and restaurants. Very easy to check out, someone came to the apartment and collected the keys from us. Be wary if you are not good on your feet, there is about 4 flights of stairs to climb and no lift. Great for the glutes but not if you have mobility problems. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.
