We loved the location in the Old Town and the comfortable, spacious apartment. Sada communicated wonderfully and answered all questions in a very timely manner, she was great to work with!

The location was excellent and the property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was my first visit to Nice, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend as a base for exploring.

Everything is great! The lovely apartment is conveniently located in the old city, with good interior design and all the necessary amenities. I travelled with my parents, and we used the kitchen a lot which is really a huge bonus for longer trips out there. More importantly, our host is a real gem. When we checked out, my dad left his AirPods Pro between the gap of sofa pads. I had to contact Sada trying to find out if he or the cleaning lady had found it. He searched twice for us and eventually found the little thing, after which he went all the way to send it back to me by mail. It was a lot of added trouble, but he was so kind to help us out throughout the whole process. I am really grateful for what he did for us, and I would recommend anyone to become Sada's guest, as he's the best host in the world.

I have never had such a beautiful, clean and impeccable flat in Nice (or anywhere else probably). Perfect central location in a quiet street in the centre of Old Nice. Easy check in and check out, lovely owner. I hope the flat is available again on my next visit to Nice.
