Excellent location, owner that checked us in was super sweet and helpful.
The property was located an easy 20minute walk to the old part of Nice and then towards the beach. Included parking which was easy enough to access was a great bonus- it is secure access and located on the entry level so is a standard carpark despite most of the building having to use a car elevator which looked very difficult. Short walk to a small supermarket. Very quiet for sleeping. The wall bed is easy to use and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Good kitchen facilities available. Despite the downsides listed below we would definitely recommend the stay as once we addressed the vacuuming the location and facilities were well worth the stay.
Neat, clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts were very polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was good, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and amenities.

So quiet and relaxing, no noise at all so great to return to each evening after the bustling city.
