From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for.
A warm smile at the reception, along with a super helpful lady, who not only allocated a comfortable room for us, but also took the care to show us into the room, show us all the amenities, and instantly made all of us feel very welcome. The welcome note in the room, was a real touch of sheer finesse.
