Het appartementencomplex ligt aan een boulevard, je kijkt uit op strand en Belle Ile. Zeewater was ong. 15 gr maar om de hoek 5 min per fiets vonden we een beschutte baai waar het 18 gr was. Fietshuur is aan te raden want het ligt 2 km van het centrum maar daarvdoor lekker rustig.
