The staff was amazing, shout out to Dasha and a guy who also spoke English, I forgot his name unfortunately. They were friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely loved my stay at Zoku. The ambience was warm and inviting, and everything was impressively clean, just as advertised. One of my favorite touches was the tea selection in the loft; it made the space feel extra homey and relaxing. I also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of essentials and the complimentary drinks, such a nice surprise! Overall, it was a beautifully curated space that made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!
