Its near the train station (5MIN WALK) and near the historic center (15MIN WALK)
The house is brand new so you will be perfectly accomodated.
The host helped us a lot, as we couldn't find the entrance the first night, so he was very helpful with us!
The location was excellent for the price, just a 10-minute walk from Nice Ville train station. The house was well-equipped for the price, featuring air conditioning, hot and cold water, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We easily retrieved the key upon arrival, and the host was readily available to answer any questions throughout our stay.
