Public parking is directly across the street (public and private). Great hot water, and great WiFi. Elevator/Lift. Nice decent-sized clean room. Large bed. Quiet room in the rear. Great location, you can walk to all the important sites. Good lighting and decent number of electrical outlets.
Very close to the Carcassonne Castle and to laundry,store,and restaurants.
Such a great staff we met at night! She was super helpful, recommended nice things-more people like this!
Location-just over the bridge (the view is spectacular!) to get to the castle. Fair parking across the street.
The Manager at the reception desk was so nice, friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome in the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and there was a great selection of food options.
the rooms are tiny, but you shouldn't be sitting around in the room when Carcassonne City Center is just a few steps away. a short walk up the road you'll find the walled city as well. The staff were fantastic - all of them from the front desk to the folks that jrp the place clean!
