Staff was helpful, polite, and friendly.
Room clean, bright, and airy.
Beds were comfortable a good night's sleep..
The bathroom was clean and spacious, towels were soft and a good size.
Very pet friendly, asked if we needed anything for our dogs' stay. We were well equipped.

Bar and restaurant on site which was perfect as as we had travelled a long way .Nice touch providing treats and toy with mat and bowls for our cat .Staff really friendly and helpful .Breakfast was best we’ve had a huge selection to choose from .
Lovely hotel next to main train station. Staff really friendly and helpful.
The property was close to the station but due to renovation works around the hotel, I had to really look for the entrance but, once found, everything was fine. The room was clean and big enough for a solo traveller. The bathroom was well equipped with hair dryer etc and even had a timed 5 min heating system so that it was nice and warm.
Always find Ibis hotels of a very good standard. You always know what you are getting
