Price! Location good, only a short walk to st Omer centre. Car park fine.
Up to usual IBIS budget standards no unpleasant surprises.

Room was compact but fine for our quick overnight stay. The town of St. Omer turned out to be just beautiful, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner on the square! And the breakfast was just what we needed in the morning.
