It was well positioned in the center of the town. Easy to walk round and near the river. excellent hotel restaurante and bar three doors away which also offer a very good breakfast for 12.50 euros.

The location is great, you are pretty much in the city centre. There is free parking on the streets near the appartment and although we went in Easter I think you could find a parking space even in the busiest times. You can walk to the castle ruins or park near the lift that takes you there as there is a parking lot by it. There are shops, boulangeries and restaurants near by. You are also close to the river. During our stay there was a fun fair in the square oposite but it did not go late in the evening (up until 8pm or something like this). Hosts were very attentive and showed us around. They also helped with directions and things to do, not only in the village but wine tasting and chateau visits near by. They run the Plantagenet hotel near by. Great place to stay for a family!

Large appartment with an good modern kitchen. Large bedrooms. Well located. There was a funfair outside but that finished at 7pm and was not intrusive.
