The apartment is in a small secure residence/complex that is well located - no more than 10 min walk to the beach or center if town (persons with mobility problems should be aware that it is slightly on the hill - as are many apartments in Trouville - so there is an ascent to get back up from the beach/town on foot). It is very modern, nicely decorated, and clean (equivalent to a high 3 or 4 star hotel) and very well equipped (kitchen has everything you could need, +washing machine + iron/ironing board). The bed was excellent. The terrace and little yard were perfect, nice balance of sun and shade with a large umbrella available if needed, and enclosed by a hedge and chain linked fence which was ideal for my visit with my small dog. The owners were completely accessible via sms and telephone.
Apartment lovely in lovely neighbourhood. 5/10 mins walk to beach/town. Apartment very clean& spacious & kitchen equipped for cooking/preparing meals. Fabulous terrace/garden & suntrap in afternoon right to evening. Secure garden for our dog too. Private parking in front of apartment. Trouville lovely town & easy walk into Deaville. Nearby Ville Ville /Honfleur lovely too but need car to go there but not far to go as daytrip.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und recht neu eingerichtet, obwohl das ganze Objekt schon alt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super nett und hilfsbereit.
Logement idéal ! Le confort, les équipements et la localisations sont au top 👌🏼 je recommande.
