Wonderful location just on the edge of historic Vannes. The apartment had everything we needed. A laundramat across the street allowed us to continue to travel with a full set of clothes. We visited the the Branfere Parc Animalier et Biologique. Wonderful place. No cages. The animals move about in spacious environments. It's clear that the animals are well cared for.
Everything worked as it should and having private parking was a big plus.

Bonus having secure car park nearby, which you could also monitor from apartment.
Very friendly and helpful hostess, all well equipped flat, clean, comfortable beds. Little balcony to have a coffee in the morning (facing south)
