The place is located in a quiet part of Castres and an easy walk away from the Goya Museum. I had a good contact with the hosting family.

The accommodation is situated in a quiet residential estate not too far from the town centre. Our host had sent a code but he was there to great us and show us around. The studio is self-contained with a well-equipped kitchen area and breakfast bar, a comfortable bed and easy chairs and a modern bathroom. Parking was easy - plenty of spaces a few yards away under some trees. Our host was friendly and helpful, and told us how to get to the town centre on foot - it takes about 15 minutes. The central square obviously has events on sometimes - we enjoyed watching some classic cars as we drank our coffee next morning (a Sunday). The town itself is worth wandering around too - some interesting buildings by the river.
