Great location and great host! He met me at the airport and gave me a lot of useful information where to go, to eat, to travel.
The location was great, very good value. Patrice, the host was very nice. He j looked a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us. He collected us from the airport and drove us around the area pointing out places we might like to go to. He also arranged a lift back to the airport for us.
The location is really peaceful and a handful of steps from the sea. Very cosy place to stay. It's small, but perfect for couples or even a small family. The owner is really nice, picked us from the airport and even dropped us back. The neighborhood is peaceful, connected by trains and buses. The pebble beaches of Nice are really close, the promenade isn't as busy as the main city which is really nice for walks or just sitting in front of the sea.
Close to the beach. Easy to find and check-in. A studio that had most of the things we needed for a short vacation. You find easily good caffes and restaurants nearby.
The host was friendly and helpfull.
I think we got good value for the price we paid.
The apartment is small, but cozy, with all necessary services. Good location, is located only 3 minutes on foot from the beach. The apartment owner is very kind and friendly.
