Good location, everything at walking distance: tramway 2 which is a direct line from Airport to Port and Old City/Jean Medecin, five minutes to the Promenade des Anglais, groceries, restaurants. The building is clean and safe and the studio was nice and clean, with three balconies where you can have your morning coffee or a glass of wine.
