The hostess Anita was an absolute star. She couldn't have been more helpful, with local insight & helping me get around. Like the aunty every solo traveller could do with. Pretty much had the whole place to myself & great location for getting a local taste of Tahiti.
Gorgeous view with the most accommodating, wonderful hostess. I felt very safe and comfortable. The house was spotless. The art is amazing.
the property was really quiet and peaceful as well as a really beautiful place. The host was very welcoming and accommodating.
The hostess was very kind and made every effort to communicate with us, even though we didn't speak any French. She is a very artistic person, and her art is all around the house. The view from her porch over the ocean was awesome in the morning and evening. AC in every room. Simple breakfast but still good. Google maps leads you to the right location (even though we were doubting it at first). It is at the end of a cul de sac so is quiet.
This was a pleasant and clean accommodation. More like a homestay. It's near the airport but you can't walk there. It's up a hill. You will have to take a taxi. The town center is a car ride away. The public bus is quite a walk away from the accommodation. We were lucky enough to hitch a ride to town on one occasion.
The owner was kind enough to give us a lift to the airport very early in the morning. The breakfast is basic Continental.
